Shipping policy

Orders over $100 ship for free!

• Exclusions apply: Beverages do not qualify for free shipping or any expedited shipping options. 

Orders less than $100 ship via USPS at a flat rate of $8.00.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart. Options for express shipping (1-2 days), next day shipping, and Cold Shipping are provided at checkout. Orders placed with Cold Shipping services will not be shipped on Fridays.

Processing and Handling

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing plus shipping time. We thank you for your patience and will get your order out to you as soon as we can.  

Lost or Stolen Packages

CBD Kratom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided to the customer's submitted email address. CBD Kratom is not responsible if a customer submits an order with an incorrect shipping address. Upon request, CBD Kratom will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Cold Shipping

During the summer months, Cold Shipping is required for selected items to prevent damage from melting in transit. These orders will not qualify for Free Shipping, and will not be shipped on Fridays.

International Shipping

At this time, we can ship anywhere in accordance with local laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring the legality of these products in your area. Unfortunately, we cannot ship beverages internationally. International orders containing beverages will be adjusted to remove these items and a refund for those items will be issued.
